Refunds

This is one of those pages most companies use to hide what they don't want you to read. I'm doing the opposite. Here is exactly how refunds work, in the same words I'd use if you were sitting across from me.

The short version

Seven days, full money back, no questions, if the Method isn't what I told you it is. After seven days the one-time Founders Access fee isn't refundable. The monthly subscription, once Phase Two starts, you can cancel any time and it stops the next charge. I don't pro-rate the month you're in.

Founders Access (one-time €347)

You have seven (7) calendar days from the day you paid to ask me for a full refund, no reason needed. Just email me and I send it back.

To do it, email hello@unbreakablemethod.ai from the address you used to pay, with your Stripe receipt. I process refunds within seven business days through the original payment method.

After day seven, the Founders Access fee is non-refundable. By then we've had the consultation and you've got the manual, and both of those are real work that exist whether you keep going or not.

Monthly subscription (€50/month after Phase Two)

The monthly subscription only starts once Phase Two launches, and only if you opt in. You can cancel any time, in your account or by emailing me.

Cancelling stops every future monthly charge. I do not pro-rate the month you're already in. You keep access until that billing period ends.

How to actually request one

Email hello@unbreakablemethod.ai with:

I respond within two business days. Once approved, the refund hits the same card you paid with, usually within seven business days on my side. Your bank's settlement adds another few days. So worst case, around two weeks end to end.

EU consumer rights

If you're a consumer based in the EU, the Consumer Rights Directive gives you a 14-day cooling-off period for distance-purchased services. When you buy Founders Access and proceed to the consultation, you're expressly asking me to start delivering the service immediately, and you're acknowledging that you lose the right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed. My seven-day no-questions refund window is offered on top of that, not instead of it. Whichever protects you more wins.

The handful of exceptions

I reserve the right to decline a refund if there's clear evidence of fraud, account abuse, or someone trying to game the seven-day window across multiple purchases. If that comes up, I'll write to you and explain exactly why.
