This page is the deal between you and me. What you get, what I expect, how it actually works. I've written it in plain English so neither of us has to wonder what it says.
My name is Sean Gaynor Doyle. I'm the founder and the only person running Unbreakable Method. I'm based in Ireland. When you buy Founders Access, you're buying it from me. When you message your Companion, you're talking to a coaching intelligence I built and that I oversee.
Unbreakable Method is a behavioural coaching programme. Three pieces:
This is coaching. It is not medical advice. It is not therapy. It is not a clinical intervention. If you have a medical condition or a mental-health condition, talk to a qualified professional before making changes off the back of anything the Method or the Companion tells you. The Companion will refuse anything that should be a doctor's call, and so will I.
This is also adults only. You need to be 18 to buy.
Phase One Founders Access is €347 EUR, one time. That gets you the consultation, the manual, and the Companion through Phase One.
After Phase Two opens, ongoing access continues at €50 EUR per month, locked for life for everyone who came in as a Founder. I'll email you in advance before Phase Two begins. You decide whether to continue.
Stripe processes every payment. Prices include any EU VAT that applies.
You get seven days, full money back, no questions, from the day you pay. If it isn't what I told you it is, you tell me, and I refund you. That is the deal.
After seven days, the one-time Founders Access fee isn't refundable. By that point I've delivered the consultation and the initial manual, which is real work that exists in the world.
For the monthly subscription once Phase Two starts: you can cancel any time, in your account or by email. Cancelling stops the next charge. I do not pro-rate the month you're in. You keep access until that billing period ends.

The Unbreakable Method doctrine, the Companion's training, the engines, the prompts, the visuals on this site, the underlying code, all of it: that is mine. I'm giving you a personal licence to use the Service for your own coaching journey. You don't get to copy it, resell it, or build a competing product off it.
What you write into the Companion (your messages, your check-ins, your photos, your manual content) stays yours. You give me a limited licence to process it so I can deliver the Service to you. That licence ends when you cancel and your data is deleted.
I aim for 24/7. I don't promise it. Model providers go down sometimes, the internet goes down sometimes, infrastructure needs maintenance sometimes. If something material breaks, I'll tell you. I won't pretend it didn't happen.
The Service is provided "as is". I'm not promising you specific outcomes, because outcomes depend on you. I make no warranty that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Nothing on this page limits my liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or anything else that Irish law says can't be limited.
To the maximum extent the law allows, my total liability to you for any claim arising out of the Service is limited to whatever you paid me in the twelve months before the claim. If you paid me €347 and something genuinely went wrong, my exposure is €347.
You can stop using the Service any time. I can also suspend or end your access if you break these Terms, attempt fraud, or use the Service to harm someone. If your access ends, the data deletion process in the Privacy Policy applies.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. If we ever end up in a dispute that can't be sorted out by talking, it goes to the Irish courts.
I might update these Terms occasionally. If I change something that affects you, I'll email you and update the date at the top. If you keep using the Service after a change, you've accepted the new version.
